Am a young driven woman who has been a student basically all my life, have recently taken up teaching and lecturing up as there is a great need in the academic field. I studied BCom Marketing Management, majoring in Business Management and have an honours degree in Business Management with UNISA. Currenttly am pursuing an MCom in Strategic Management with the University of Johannesburg. I have teaching experience and can basically take on most subjects that are business related.

My name is Pontsho Khoza, and I am 25 years. I hold a BSc degree in Microbiology & and biochemistry from University of the Witwatersrand. The degree completed has given me knowledge of biological processes, systems, mechanisms, in-depth knowledge of subject-specific areas, as well as the understanding of research techniques, methods and the theory behind them. Through the laboratory practicals I have learned to use laboratory equipment and techniques to collect and record data, and to use a variety of software to store, analyze, process and present the data obtained. I have also learnt to use mathematical and statistical reasoning to interpret research findings. Moreover, I have developed the ability to critically synthesize and summarize data or other information to question, solve problems or reach objective conclusions. I am currently employed at The BEST Funeral society as a billing administrator. I’m responsible for 104 profiles, for which every month I ensure that bills are sent to clients timeously and premiums are allocated as payments are made and schedules are received. My primary duty is billing and allocation of the premiums, therefore I constantly do reconciliation of the premiums to ensure that the money paid matches the payment schedule for all my profiles. One of my biggest profiles has over 3000 members, and I am managing it well. I deal with queries from both primary and secondary clients, telephonically and through emails. My job is highly deadline-driven throughout the month, and the pressure gets high every month end. I have completed a 1 year INSETA learnership contract at Liberty Life as a Fund Administrator, and was then admitted as an intern. I have obtained NQF 4 in Wealth Management which I wrote exams via Damelin College of business in 2015 and currently studying towards BSc Environmental Management with UNISA. I also hold a certificate in basic Microsoft literacy. I am very analytical, and pay attention to details. With my working experience, I have had the opportunity to develop skills and abilities such as strong behavior management techniques and have strong ability to cope with stress and pressure. I am a very diligent and punctual person. I work easily with all ages and cultures and can motivate people to excel in what they do. I am very respectful of all people and approach life with an open mind. I encourage others to pursue their goals with passion, hard work and perseverance. I have completed a degree with distinction in Theology, and am currently doing a degree in Psychology, therefore I have plenty experience in getting results in the academic world. I have taught classical and general guitar lessons privately, and have plenty experience in teaching from being in the ministry for many years.

My name is Catherine and I love to learn! My belief is that all students require different methods of learning because not all students are the same. With the correct skills in learning and studying any student can excel. It all comes down to routine, good learning habits, correct study methods and memory techniques. When a student actively takes charge of their studies, their success engenders an enjoyment for learning which in turn encourages further success. Every individual is unique and no one study method works for everyone. Understanding the learner's strengths and weaknesses can assist in finding out what techniques will work best for learning. When the right study method is being used, memory follows. My testament to truth of the above statement is in my own achievements. I was an average school learner who struggled with many subjects. But a combination of determination and hard work, continuous study and a development of good study habits and methods brought me to the end of my Matric year with seven distinctions. This was not something I could have achieved without the help of good tutors and teachers. I have an Honour's degree in Jewellery Design and Manufacturing and I am currently studying for a BA in Ancient History and Classical Culture.

I am extremely passionate about language, poetry and reading. I have had the opportunity to study English at a university level and it has been amazing. I am good with language comprehension and language usage as well as understanding the dept of literature and poetry analysis.
