I AM A BCOM GRADUATE FROM THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH AFRICA(UNISA).I OBTAINED DISTINCTIONS IN THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS:COMMERCIAL LAW 1A&1B,BUSINESS MANAGEMENT 1A,PERSONAL FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT,FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, & STRATEGIC PLANNING IIIA.

I have recently completed my BCom Accounting Sciences degree and am currently working towards becoming a CA.

Godfrey holds a Masters degree in Business Administration and did a research project titled”Contribution of Financial Controls to Business Survival.” He is currently studying for Doctor of Philosophy- Management Studies degree majoring in entrepreneurship with Aldersgate University and is working on a thesis titled “Strategic Ingredients to thriving Entrepreneurship ” An accountant by profession, Godfrey is CIS and CIMA trained and is a registered public accountant. He has vast experience in human capital management, financial reporting, financial management, management accounting, business processes re-engineering, company secretarial practices, designing internal controls, strategic planning and strategy implementation. He also boasts of good working knowledge of South African company and tax laws. Godfrey worked with donor partners from United Kingdom, Germany and the Netherlands in implementing relief and development projects in Zimbabwe, Malawi Swaziland and Kenya. He also chaired various workplace committees. In 1999 he partnered with systems experts from PWC to implement Baan IV Finance and Logistics after having gone through initial training in the United Kingdom. He was a part-time lecturer and tutor with Trust Academy, Rapid Results College, ICC and CACC for more that fifteen years. He has nurtured the potential to grow people and organizations, posits that excellence, a product of focus, should be a trait and advocates for good corporate governance and superior ethical standards. Godfrey firmly believes in learning organisations where expansive patterns of thinking are nurtured and collective aspiration is set free. He is eager to take up new challenges and thrives under pressurised environments. Godfrey’s vision is to make positive global contribution by articulating and stimulating the importance and significance of financial literacy, business best practices and sustainability. In pursuit of his dream, Godfrey founded GBC, a business solutions think-tank, authored one business administrative strategy and two business accounting text books and is a regular contributor to the business columns of the Herald. Goddie, as he is affectionately known, is married to Anesu-Joanna and was blessed with one daughter and two sons.

I am a BCom graduate, currently studying a BSc (trying to save the world!). Tutoring has always held a special place for me. Seeing the changes and developments in my students has always proven to be a truly humbling and satisfying experience. I enjoy knowing that with each passing hour, the little person in question is gradually becoming better equipped to take on the world and understand its complications. On a personal note, I have been employed in both a corporate and SME environment, resulting in me being pedantically detail orientated, and have gained the ability to program ahead and subsequently run a process from end-to-end.

I am currently a second year accounting sciences student at the University of Pretoria. I am an honest, reliable and friendly person with a passion for teaching. My hobbies include reading, swimming and visiting local animal shelters when I am not studying. I am a hard worker with a strong academic record, matriculating with 8 distinctions.

My interest are reading, travelling and learning new skills. I am patient with children.

I am an undergraduate at the University of Pretoria studying International Relations as well as Law. I have tutored law subjects before and I am a third year.

I am a well-spoken and energetic person, with a positive attitude and approach. I have previously worked in tertiary education and I mentored and advised students throughout their studies. I have a degree in business management, diploma in marketing management and have done multiple short courses in finance and accounting. I enjoy playing sports and going to gym, as well as spending time with friends, family and my fiancee in my free time.
