I have used python, java, matlab, latex and c++ during my research career and at university level. At my day job as a developer/analyst I use SQL, d3.js and python daily. I am also familiar with cloud computing technologies like amazon web services.

I have selected 'Computer programming' rather than a specific language, purely for the fact that I perform programming tasks on a daily basis, and the delta in these language have become somewhat fluid to me. Programming is much more that the syntax requirements of a specific language. It is a mindset and an understanding of the formulation of ideas that can be computationally executed. I was a university appointed tutor for 1st year programming in my varsity days, and have successfully created tangible programming tools for industry in my professional career through use of Matlab, python, java and C.

I have experience with high school IT, Computer Science at University and professional development so I have a wide variety of experience when it comes to computer programming and can adapt my teaching to the applicable level. I am currently 22 (born 1998), so I can relate to younger students and I work professionally with older co-workers in their 40/50's so I have no issue working with adults.

I am a developer by trade and believe that I will easily be able to teach the concepts surrounding computer programming to anyone. The programming language isn't the major blocking point for most people; it's more the way of thinking about programming that stumps most people. I can comfortably teach Python, C, Java and Scala however I will try my best to teach any other language that may be necessary. I also achieved >80% on my NSC exam.

I give lessons to anyone with a passion or interest in programming. I can teach you the very basics as well as high level knowledge in computer networks, concurrent programming and much more. I can teach in most modern programming languages. I adapt my pace according to the performance and understanding of the student. I am a full time programmer with a passion for my craft.

Because i'm a programmer and i code atleast 10hrs per day and i have demonstrated experience in coding, have been involved in multiple projects and have developed applications of my own using multiple coding languages.

Programming and computers in general is my hobby and also my field of study. I use computer coding in my daily life as a student and a hobbiest. I have passed IT in matric with an average of 83% and have learned delphi, C, C++ and java. My wide variety of coding languages together with my understanding of the concepts surrounding programming makes me the perfect choice

Specifically, I have knowledge of Python, Java, C++, and C#, as well as some functional programming languages like Scheme, and web development languages such as Javascript and HTML.
