My name is Lwando Booi. I hold Information Systems degree and I am currently pursuing my Honors degree in Business Informatics at UNISA. I have been tutoring during my undergrad time, I simply enjoy making other people understand better and excel in their academics and in life in general.

I have a degree in Science. I'm currently saving up in order to complete my teaching qualification. Currently I tutor Maths and Physical Science (CAPS curriculum )part time. I have assisted students with Life Science (Biology) and with Accounting as well, although that is not my primary focus. I recently started using Zoom to teach, which allows for interactive tutoring in spite of social distancing. My students are provided with summaries to assist with the theoretical part of the curriculum and exercises & past papers for the practical part. Hi! My name is Amber Timm and I am extremely passionate about children and the English language. I have a degree from the University of Stellenbosch in Language and Culture with a double major in English Studies and Psychology. I have been an Au Pair/Tutor for two years and cannot wait to help more children along their learning journey.

I am a young and ambitious events coordinator in Cape Town. I have tutored students of various ages in various subjects before. I enjoy being a part of my students education and helping them as best I can. I find the best ways to motivate my students in ways that work for them. I had a student with a very sweet tooth, I helped him push is grades up from 40% to 80% by baking him cakes and cupcakes when he obtained certain marks on tests, exams and assignments. I realize that every student is different and I strive to find ways to help my students reach their full potential. I have obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) 3-year undergraduate degree, majoring in Psychology and Language & Communication Studies at the University of the Western Cape (UWC) in 2019 with Summa Cum Laude of 81.9%. To further my career as an aspiring individual who wants to work in the field of Psychology, I have obtained a Bachelor of Social Science (BSocSc) Honours in Psychology degree in 2021 at the University of Cape Town (UCT) with a Bachelors Pass of 71%. I would describe myself as a goal-driven individual who always strives to deliver my very best. I tend to hold the interests of others at heart by always ensuring that people feel welcomed, and are comfortable. This had contributed to my excellent communication skills and interacting abilities with others. I possess strong leadership skills, and the ability to work greatly under pressure.
