I matriculated from Paarl Girls’ High School in 2020 and was consistently placed in the Top 20 Academics in my grade since Grade 8. I am currently working towards receiving a Bachelors in Mechatronic Engineering from Stellenbosh University. I have experience in online schooling and have assisted many students in my year and younger than myself in various subject fields. I am passionate about education and thrive off of assisting others in achieving their goals academically.

My working career spans the last twenty-seven years of my life, the last five years of which I spent teaching and lecturing throughout Cambodia. I have taught children from the ages of three to eighteen years old in ENGLISH, across all subjects, in the classroom. I also lectured in person at the UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH EAST ASIA to fourth year students in PSYCHOLOGY, ECONOMICS, ENGLISH LITERATURE and BUSINESS COMMUNICATIONS. In addition, I have taught students worldwide through online teaching as well as personally in the classroom. I am experienced in teaching both children and adults on the autistic spectrum, as well as other Mental and Physical disabilities.

Hello there! My name is teacher Yolanda, I am 32 years old and from Cape Town, South Africa. My teaching journey started back in 2015 when I started working as a private tutor for students with Special Educational Needs. I worked in similar roles until 2017, when I was appointed in a management position in the private education sector. I have a BA Degree in Humanities from the University of Stellenbosch (2012), a BA Honours Degree in Psychology (2013), and I am very soon to graduate with my PGCE in Foundation Phase (March 2021). I have also received training in Special Needs tutoring and facilitation with an Educational Psychologist. Hello! My name is Melissa. I am a recent graduate of the University of Stellenbosch with a degree in Civil Engineering and working towards a Mater's in Civil Eng. I have learned to study and master the principles of maths throughout my degree and will utilise these skills in order to help you understand the concepts easily. I have always excelled and enjoyed mathematics as a subject and I am confident in my ability to teach others from primary all the way to high school maths.

I am an engineering student and I have a strong understanding of Maths and Physics. I have been giving private lessons since 2016 and have taught approximately 50 students during that time. My most successful student managed to increase her Physics grade from 55% to 90% during her matric year. I teach students that are willing to learn and work hard. My lesson structure generally involves a short recap of the content and then worked examples as well as guiding students through examples of their own. I believe it is very important to focus on the understanding of the topics rather than just learning routine methods.

I completed matric in 2010 and went on to study Chemistry at university level. I obtained my BSc degree in 2013, Honours in 2014 and MSc degree in 2017. I have just recently submitted my PhD thesis and am awaiting my results. I have always had a strong understanding of maths and science,
