My strongest point in maths along with how to solve differential equations using these methods I received 99% at university level (engineering). This is after having trouble in school with maths. So if you're having trouble, I've been there and I can show you the way up.

As an engineering student, mathematics is a big part of my career and algebra being a big part of math. I have become very comfortable with algebra and transferring the knowledge that I have to anyone who is struggling. Math has always been one of my best subjects in my education career, having never received anything below merits.

I've been studying engineering at Stellenbosch university for 4 years now and my knowledge of Mathematics is well developed. On top of that, my tutoring experience makes me very capable of passing my knowledge off to you!

Being an electrical engineering student, we are taught to tackle very complex mathematical problems. With this knowledge and skills obtained, I am well equipped to teach you ways in which to tackle your own mathematical problems efficiently and easily.

This section is tough because it is incredibly difficult to visualize. I found that instead of trying to visualize this section, one should attempt to instead take a set back and to think about what operations do what and what we are attempt to uncover. There are some ideal tricks to this as well.

I enjoy algebra. I studied Physical science so understand how algebra is applied to real life problems. I believe everyone can learn to understand mathematics. I have a creative approach to teaching mathematics and believe that practise is key.

When I was in high school, I had to teach myself mathematics as my original teacher fell ill and the substitute struggled to help us. Through self-learning, I found easy and helpful ways to understand even the most difficult areas of mathematics and I would love to help other learners too.

I got a distinction for pure maths at the end of matric. I have completed 3 maths courses at uct and achieved a first class pass for 2 of the 3. I believe in solidifying fundamentals and understanding an overview of the topics needed for study before diving into the practical component of learning- method learning is key.

I have a great passion for mathematics. Algebra is one of my favorite math topics! Once you truly understand algebra - not a lot can go wrong. I let my students practice as much as possible, in order for them to improve and reach the level they want to reach. The only way to improve math, is to DO math! Isn't it?
