English skills tutors in Western Cape

Being a teacher at a High School, I have experience teaching every aspect of English; from writing skills to grammar, reading, comprehending and exam technique. This is the core of what I do every day.

I'm currently taking a Linguistics course at the University of Cape Town and did well with English at high school. English is the subject I am most passionate about. I received 76% in my matric finals and would love to help struggling students achieve their best marks.

I believe I'm the best tutor for this subject because I have impeccable skills in English and I am able to teach my students in a calm yet effective manner such that they will be able to reach their goals with much ease. I also adopt a student-based approach to tutoring. I focus on my students' needs and I always tailor my material so that I can deliver each lesson in the most effective way that will ensure that the student gets the best value.

I believe am a good communicator and i always love to impact knowledge on others. Am very patient when i teach and i don't stop until am convinced the learner has gained something no matter how little - little drops of water makes a mighty ocean.

I am really good at writing scientific reports, presenting my work with MS powerpoint and making scientific posters. These are essential skills that I've been developing for a long time and I can really help you to communicate your work. Especially science-based work. I've got great templates and can help with proofreading.
