My name is Jason, I am 25 years old. I completed my Bachelor's, and more recently my Honor's Degree in Computer Science at UNISA. I also have industry experience working for a year in Sandton as a Software Developer. My research project for my Honours Degree involved investigating how the EV3 LEGO Mindstorms Robotics set could be used as a medium to enrich the teaching of programming to students at undergraduate level so I am very familiar with the difficulties and psychological roadblocks students face when learning to use programming languages. I often assist my younger brother who is taking Information Technology as a subject in high school as he learns to write code and he recently achieved 90+% for the end of the term.

I am a BSc Human Genetics and Physiology graduate, I love the sciences but also have a passion for helping others by passing on my knowledge. I also believe that I have experience being on both sides of teaching, for this reason I believe the approach I use to tutor is more specific. I also believe that every student has potential and it is the tutors responsibility to find out how to use it and benefit the student. I am patient and understanding.

Good day, my name is Lara Broderick and I look forward to potentially meeting you. I Matriculated in 2016 with 7 distinctions and moved on to my goal of being accepted into medicine. In 2019 I graduated with distinction with a Bachelor of Science in human genetics and physiology from the University of the Witwatersrand. Following this, I was accepted into the graduate entry program for medicine at Wits, and am currently completing my third year. I have been tutoring part-time since 2017, and have completed 400 hours to - date. I enjoy working with individuals of all grade levels and interests. I am deeply passionate about working with students and helping them achieve their goals, whether that be to achieve a distinction or understand that one section of work that has always eluded them.
