I have a keen interest in the English language and have specialised knowledge on the subject. I have experience tutoring the subject to students at different levels. English was one of my main subjects at University. English is the language of the future. A very few places in the world does not speak or understand English so that is the language that will be bringing people all around the world together.

I have extensive experience in tutoring the English subject as I have tutored multiple students. I obtained a 77% in English on matric certificate in 2014. I have a strong passion for the language and I strive to enhance my vocabulary on a daily basis as my current role requires that I write reports and present to experienced investment professionals. Therefore, not only did I pass English well in matric but I still use what I have learnt on a daily basis to communicate effectively.

I have a deep appreciation for the English language, and I achieved a distinction for this subject at the end of matric. I also received cum laude at competitions for my written work. I am a friendly and helpful person, and I believe I can transfer my knowledge about the subject to the person I tutor.

From personal experience, I find English needs to be taken from a different approach. An approach that is FUN, VIBRANT and YOUTHFUL. When planning English lessons my lessons are creative and interesting, being a young female I know that I have the ability to create these lessons which capture the leaners attention but continually incorporate the core features of the curriculum that learners need to obtain

I love the English language and I am able to explain concepts in ways that are easier to understand as well as I am able to notice and fix problem areas. The English language can be seen as a barrier in many situations however I feel that I am able to change that and allow growth whereby one is then able to grasp concepts as well as understandings of literature in the English language.
