Hi everyone! I'm Rizza, a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a TESOL certified instructor that has over three years of experience teaching ESL students internationally. I really enjoy meeting people from different countries and learning about other cultures. Among many other hobbies, I enjoy reading English books, listening to music and watching movies. When it comes to teaching, I am highly motivated and I genuinely love teaching. I focus on building confidence in my students in a fun and friendly atmosphere. I have a 150 hour TEFL qualification. I taught at a Language School in Claremont, Cape Town. I also privately tutored Iraqi student pilots at their home in Cape Town. I am quite passionate about helping people communicate.

I have experience in teaching English as a foreign language. I also have a TEFL certificate which states that I have completed a 120hour course that enables me to effectively teach English as a foreign language

I am a qualied English teacher who has skills to teach to interested learners. I have been exposed to learners who are not good and using the language correctly and would like them to learn not only to speak but to use the language correctly.

I have completed my LTCL teaching diploma in English language and drama as well as currently doing my degree in linguistics and journalism which gives me an in depth knowledge into the English Language.

I have participated in numerous competitions and quizzes as well as maintained a position as one of the highest achieving pupils for English consistently throughout high school. I really enjoy the subject and languages as a whole and I believe it is something that can be made entertaining and easy for anyone! Since I focus my needs on the learner, I am able to provide direct feedback to them regarding whatever they have any issues with, help practice directly (conversationally) and prepare them for any level of English they expect to encounter (tests, business, academic, etc).

I have a TEFL certificate, passed with distinction and confident in teaching English as a foreign language, meeting new people and learning new things through communication. Language can be both a mediator and a war monger, the best way for language to work in your favor is through a dedicated tutor - that is me.

After being encouraged to do so, I undertook a TEFL course and discovered the love for teaching English. Initially, I had not thought that the course could be entertaining but after engaging with it, my whole perspective changed. Also, my love for reading equipped me fairly well with my grasp of the English language.

I have experience teaching EFL classes at a British Private School in Spain. I also have experience with teaching English Home Language to children not speaking it at home. The Jolly Phonics program will be helpful for younger children learning English as it helps with pronunciation, vocabulary and multi sensory learning. I also have access to other resources.

I love languages and hope to instil that skill in the learners. Once you know English, the possibilities are endless. You can look for jobs worldwide and you can study in other countries. While most of the world is on lockdown, its a good time to sharpen your skills and come out of this better and stronger than before.
