Business has always interested me. Thus why I completed a Bcom degree in business management. It is an integral part of everyones life; and I feel that I have some good experience that I have gained through high school and university.

I majored in Business Studies at the University so this is my speciality as I have learnt it in depth. The subject is one that helps the society and citizens to solve managerial issues in their lives.

Obtaining an undergrad in Financial Management, Industrial Psychology and Psychology has equipped me with a holistic insight into what the operations of a business entail. I passed Matric Business Studies with 89% and I have helped mainly students in matric to understand it. It is not a complicated subject to understand, it requires a lot of reading and remembering concepts. There is also an exam technique one can use to do the least amount of reading and score high marks as the final paper allows students to make a selection of questions they want to answer. That selection can be on the same topics in Section B and Section C of the paper. I have a self prepared set of notes that I am willing to share with the students I tutor

I majored in business in university. I love this subject and find creative ways to teach the content . I try to explain using real life examples making it easier to understand. This is something i have experience in teaching and having confidence when teaching plays a big role in learning

Having obtained a Bachelor of Commerce and LLB , and having experience as a candidate attorney, I feel as though teaching business studies and helping students cultivate their commercial awareness puts me in good stead to being an EMS/Business Studies tutor. I also accomplished a very high mark in Business Studies at a high school IEB level and therefore will be able to to understand the theory both from a student point of view and from a greater commercial perspective.

This is a fun factual subject to have. The best way to learn is to link it with real life experience. I will create study material along with my students and teach them how to absorb all the facts using methods suited to their unique learning style

With the exposure I have had, I've been able to expand on key characteristics such as patience, empathy, understanding and care which enables me to be a great tutor. I believe tutoring should be tailored to the specific student and I have become adept in identifying the best means for a student to achieve a deep understanding of the work/subject at hand. I would also consider myself to be quite relatable and I would always ensure that the student is comfortable and confident to participate in lessons and to work towards any goals that are set.
