I have an Honours degree in Creative Writing, awarded with distinction, and I'm currently completing an MA in the same field. Words are my craft. I am confident that I can help improve a student's understanding of vocabulary past the point of simply rote learning words.

Having worked with people from all walks of life, I have learnt how to teach English vocabulary to non native speakers as well as complete beginners. I use a vast array of media to assist in helping a person grow his or her vocabulary.

I have a very good grasp of the English language and its intricacies. This is evidenced by my matric scores in the subject. My teaching style is to gear tutorials to match the way in which the learner naturally takes in information. This makes for efficient sessions and significant value added.
