I am an open-minded, free-thinking individual that enjoys problem solving and helping others achieve their goals. I tutor high school students and volunteer for the Durban & Coast SPCA when the opportunity arises. I take keen interest in current news and the business environment within South Africa and the world. I believe that the key to success is creating a culture of sustainability, especially within the Tourism and Hospitality sector. I am an avid supporter of saving and conserving the environment, being eco-friendly in the way I live and encouraging others to do so. I believe that education is the most important and valuable investment we could make for ourselves and that one should never stop being a student. I wish to pursue a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Tourism or an MBA one day.

I am a passionate educator and have been in the profession for over 10years facilitating assessing and moderating for corporate companies, I also have lecturing experience at a college. My drive is to impart knowledge and make my learners competent in their areas of concern.

I am a hardworking individual who is very responsible and reliable. I am very friendly and outgoing. I am a final year Student studying A Bachelors Degree in Criminology Majoring on Law.  I am a logical thinker and I make sure that I complete all tasks allocated to me to the best of my ability. I work well with kids and have a good tolerance level.

I currently hold a BA Honours in Psychology. I enjoy reading. I pay attention to detail. I have a passion to empower our youth and instill as much knowledge as I possibly can in them. I currently work for a college, I have experience in teaching students in terms of marking reports and dissertations. I also teach students telephonically. I have one on one consultations with students to assist them in understanding certain aspects.

I am a helper by nature. This is why I studied law - I wanted to be a voice and an activist for those who are at a disadvantage in society. It's also why I qualified as a teacher; I love the learning process and I am passionate about helping others to reach their potential. Being a helper is also what motivated me to study psychology and I have just completed my undergraduate degree. I have travelled and worked in countries around the world and this allows me to add a richness and depth to the way that I teach. I have an appreciation for the uniqueness of each person and as your tutor and learning partner, I will seek to build a working relationship with you that will allow you not only to "survive" those tests and exams but to thrive. And most importantly, we will have fun and we will enjoy the journey. I enjoy running, mountain biking, the ocean and the outdoors. I enjoy cooking, reading, writing, poetry and a good movie.

I am currently studying at Varsity College in hopes of achieving my doctoral qualification in psychology. I recieved 5 distinctions in my matric results along with full colours in academics during the year. I love literature, the english language, animals and I am a people person. I have experience with children through babysitting as well as having done work at a primary school aftercare. I really have a passion for learning and working with children which is the reason I am tutoring.

I am currently a PhD student at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. I have a Master's degree in Information Technology; a Bachelor of Technology (Hons) degree in Computer Science. I have undergone professional training in COMPTIA A +, N+ and CCNA. I have attended various academic workshops including project management and Google Digital skills training. I have the appropriate tutoring and research experience. I offer freelance tutoring to selected undergraduate and postgraduate students at the University of KwaZulu-Natal. I facilitate academic workshops and training for selected undergraduate and postgraduate students. I am ambitious, dedicated, goal-driven with excellent communication, report- writing and interpersonal skills. I love to teach in order to impart knowledge in students' and also to offer academic assistance to students in whatever capacity. This will help them grow and motivate them to be the best they can be.

I am a lovely human who makes extra learning enjoyable and less of a chore after a day of school or studies. Having au paired ages 9months, 3-16 years as well as leading a youth group ages 12-22, I have experience with a wide range of age groups. Learing disabilities or stumbling blocks are not an issue having dealt personally with ADD and having an occupational therapist as a sister. Often tutoring is needed not for repetition but for a different way of explaining and understanding. I walked away from high school with 5 distinctions and have a degree in Marketing & Media with electives including English & Classics.
