I am an open-minded, free-thinking individual that enjoys problem solving and helping others achieve their goals. I tutor high school students and volunteer for the Durban & Coast SPCA when the opportunity arises. I take keen interest in current news and the business environment within South Africa and the world. I believe that the key to success is creating a culture of sustainability, especially within the Tourism and Hospitality sector. I am an avid supporter of saving and conserving the environment, being eco-friendly in the way I live and encouraging others to do so. I believe that education is the most important and valuable investment we could make for ourselves and that one should never stop being a student. I wish to pursue a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Tourism or an MBA one day.

I have some unique learning tools and methods of unpacking information for students which makes learning enjoyable, relevant and meaningful. I have taught in international schools in Taiwan and Turkey. I am a self-motivated, enthusiastic educator with a passionate commitment to student development and the learning experience. Skilled in the design of challenging, enriching, and innovative activities that address the diverse interests and needs of students. I possess outstanding communication skills and can present information in a variety of ways, emphasizing relevance of class material to the world beyond the classroom.

I am an engineering graduate. I am a fitness enthusiast, I believe that a healthy body leads to a healthy mind. I absolutely adore animals and spend some time training and helping all animals I can, whenever I can. My interests include travelling and cooking, I feel these 2 things bring people together and I enjoying meeting new people and trying new and exciting foods. I also have much experience and advice for both parents and school leavers regarding tertiary institutions as well as can assist with career direction. I am an adventure addict and love to explore all the beautiful sights of South Africa every opportunity I get.
