Every day starts well with a good cup of coffee.....(thumbs up). On a serious note, I set aside 15 minutes to look and respond to emails. Some emails would be liaising with Clients and others will be in regards to handling technical queries. Next, I take an hour to plan my day. This would involve looking at critical work and prioritizing the urgent deadlines. Then, I will have a meeting with my big bosses. inform them of progress on my projects. Highlight constraints and challenges. Mostly seeking advice. Thinking of my next cup of coffee. Realize I just had one. I would then start on some design work. Like the actual cool stuff in civil engineering. I probably end the day off with some site inspections, nothing to hectic.
