My name is Pontsho Khoza, and I am 25 years. I hold a BSc degree in Microbiology & and biochemistry from University of the Witwatersrand. I’m responsible for 104 profiles, for which every month I ensure that bills are sent to clients timeously and premiums are allocated as payments are made and schedules are received. My primary duty is billing and allocation of the premiums, therefore I constantly do reconciliation of the premiums to ensure that the money paid matches the payment schedule for all my profiles. One of my biggest profiles has over 3000 members, and I am managing it well. I deal with queries from both primary and secondary clients, telephonically and through emails. My job is highly deadline-driven throughout the month, and the pressure gets high every month end. I have completed a 1 year INSETA learnership contract at Liberty Life as a Fund Administrator, and was then admitted as an intern. I have obtained NQF 4 in Wealth Management which I wrote exams via Damelin College of business in 2015 and currently studying towards BSc Environmental Management with UNISA. I also hold a certificate in basic Microsoft literacy. I am very analytical, and pay attention to details. With my working experience, I have had the opportunity to develop skills and abilities such as strong behavior management techniques and have strong ability to cope with stress and pressure. It centres around the periodic table, and if you understand the basic tenets you can build your understanding from there.
