I can offer both academic and conversational tutoring lessons in French. I have a great passion for the languageand I can teach from beginner French up to intermediate. I am able to teach up level B2 as set out by the CEFR. French is not as daunting as it sounds and is actually quite fun!

I have been a french teacher since 2002. I taught high school students preparing for their Cambridge examinations. I have also taught adults looking to attain the French Education ministry certification,DELF, which is internationally recognised.

I pursued French for the entire duration of my high school education up to and including O level (IGCSE) and A level (GCE). My education was based on the Cambridge syllabus in which I also pursued French literature. I am more than happy to assist primary school learners and other learners who would like to learn french from beginner level.

It is my native language and i love it.

I am from a french speaking country. I speak french since i was born and i got a high mark in french in matric. I passed with distinction.

Born and grew up in a French speaking country, i learnt French not only as a home speaking language but also an academic one. Certified as an Educator of French as Foreign Language, i teach and help people from any background and study level.

French is just a language with a lot of rules. I believe I can teach easy ways to learn and memorize these rules and other aspects of the beautiful language. If it is approached in a positive manner rather than seen as scary, French is as easy as pie! I believe I can teach this language to students who need to pass and who need a general interest and understanding in the subject. I have 3 International qualification levels for French, namely A1, A2 and B1. I am equipped to teach any level from the basics up to grade 12.

With a strong background in teaching as well as an advanced French University qualification, I am capable of teaching both grammar and French literature from levels A1 to B2. I am also capable of teaching conversational French from absolute beginner level to more advanced learners. As my family lives in France, I make frequent trips to France and can thus keep you up to date with all the current uses of French in a real life situation!

I am fluent in English and Spanish with a moderate understanding of French. I play basketball in my spare time and also read and write.
