Computing and ICT tutors in Cape Town

I am a former UNISA student who completed a degree in Business Administration. My high school years were filled with a love for MAths, ENglish and the Sciences. I am conversant in English and like to ensure learning is fun and informative.

I am a 23 year old UCT undergraduate looking for a part time job to make ends meet while I wait for my graduation and other courses to begin in July/August 2017. I will be graduating with a BSc in Construction Studies and plan to continue my studies UCT for 1 more year in order to acquire an honours degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.

I have studied and worked with these subjects for over 14 years, and would like to share my experiences with the youngsters. It is important not to only know things theoretically abut also how these subjects are applied in real life.

I am a qualified intermediate phase teacher at Curro Brackenfell and have been teaching professionally for two years. I am qualified to teach all Primary School subjects. I studied at CPUT Wellington and have a passion for educating young minds.

I am passionate about Science and Technology. I am currently doing my final year BSc Biochemistry and pysiology through Unisa. My work experience includes: 1. Unisa I-Set Robotics Ambassador: teaching Lego Mindstorms building and programming to Primary and High School learners. 2. Google Student Ambassador: hosting computer literacy workshops and teaching programming through Scratch, Mindstorms and WeDo technologies. 3. Robotics Facilitator at the Cape Town Science Centre: teaching Lego Mindstorms, WeDo, computer literacy and Technology. I'm capable of tutoring Life Science, Mathematics (pure and Literacy), Science, Technology , Robotics and Computer literacy.

I am from Rwanda. I am currently studying towards Bachelor of Social Science Honors in Social Anthropology at the University of Cape Town and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems with the University of London. I am fluent in English, Portuguese and French.

Gordon has a strong background in Mathematics (BSc.(Hons) & MSc.) and Scientific and Technical Computing. He has a total of about 12 years of teaching and tutoring experience in advanced mathematics. Gordon has the ability to make complex and abstract concepts simpler for learners.

I am studying with UNISA and currently finishing my 2nd year. I'm a Zimbabwean, I completed my Cambridge 'O' level years ago of which I passed Principles of Accounting with a grade B, History with grade A and Mathematics (non-calculator version) with grade C and so on. I like numbers and am passionate and fascinated about my Mathematics both as a subject and its use in real life situations. Live with my parents and two siblings. Was second at my school class of 2014. I need a new challenge, I would like to put Cedar behind me and mentor and tutor and learn from someone about this beautiful mystery called'life.' I might be a creation but I do recognize and respect very much the Basic Right of the RIGHT to choose any religion or perception whatsoever. We're here together in this era and time and not in the 1200s and that's all that I endorse and believe and value.
