I am a graduated human genetics honoury postgraduate student (2016) who excels in mathematics, computer applications technology (CAT) and biology and/or life science.

I have qualified with my bachelor of medicine and bachelor of surgery and I am awaiting placement as an intern as of 1 May. I have always had two passions throughout school and university- becoming a doctor and being a teacher and I have taken every opportunity through all my years of schooling and studying to pass on knowledge. I have always had a keen interest in the sciences and mathematics. Being dux of both primary school and highschool, I did not only put my focus into my acaedemia but rather, I helped those with an interest as keen as mine to get to achieve the marks of their aspirations. I am a full time student who completed my BSc Degree in Medical Bioscience and will be doing my Honours in Human Genetics as of this year.

I am currently a student going into my second year of study at UCT where I am studying Chemical Engineering. I am passionate about working with children and aim to be a positive influence in their lives.

I am a very driven individual and I constantly strive to improve my knowledge about myself, others and the world. I am currently studying my Honours degree in Psychology at UCT. I aspire to be a Clinical Psychologist, and have a passion for people.

Love the English language and received a distinction for English. Love Accounting, received a distinction for accounting and currently studying final year in accounting at UCT.

I have a very keen interest in the study of biology and enjoy learning as well as teaching others about it. I received a distinction for this subject in Grade 12 and therefore have the knowledge and key understandings to help others grasp difficult concepts or areas they may be struggling in. I facilitate learning in a relaxed and open environment so that learners feel comfortable enough to identify their learning difficulties and challenge them in a confident manner. I also show empathy for my students, which allows me to understand and relate to where the student is coming from and difficulties they may be experiencing.

My name is Namita Vanmali and I have just completed my BSc degree in Applied Biology and Psychology at the University of Cape Town. Im energetic, active and thouroughly enjoy teaching! I really enjoy the sciences and would love to help students who struggle with these areas in specific and hopefully turn it into a positive area of interest for them.
