I am a MScEng student in Chemical Engineering at UKZN. I have a BEng Honours degree in Chemical Engineering from NUST, Zimbabwe where I graduated as the best graduating female student and best Chemical engineering design in the department. I have 5 years experience in tutoring mathematics and science subjects for grades 4-12. I believe in my abilities to impart my understanding of science subjects. My approach to science issues allows students to develop a love for the subject and great improvement in their marks.

I am currently studying to become Foundation Phase teacher at Embury Collage. I am in my third year of studying and loving becoming a teacher. I am energetic and enthusiastic about what I do. I am hoping to go in to remedial teaching as I love working with smaller groups of children and being able to help them more personally and being able to work to their needs.

I’m about creating a study friendly environment to enhance growth through transferring information with other, and I do this everyday. I have been Tutoring since I was in High school, if there’s an impact I make and I intend to always make, that would to enhance learning. It comes natural.

I am interested in out-door activities such as hiking and swimming. I like reading, and spending time with kids.

In the future I would like to tutor Grade 12 Math and science. (I have a NDip in Chemical Engineering.

I have taught in international schools in Taiwan and Turkey. I am a self-motivated, enthusiastic educator with a passionate commitment to student development and the learning experience. Skilled in the design of challenging, enriching, and innovative activities that address the diverse interests and needs of students.
