CV's and resumes are where I specialize, but I also appropriate keywords for content writing and marketing messages, as well as get the learner to fire up their creative engines and create imagery through their writing that will spark the reader's 5 senses

Through the communicative approach, I 'trick' learners into new grammar by getting them to use the structures without knowing, and then teach them more about the structures and examples thereof. For more advanced learners, I use the flipped-learning approach where students discover the grammar for themselves, try their hand at it, and then revise it in the classroom where they identify and correct their own or their peers' mistakes
