I have experience in a number of subjects through my high school career and undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering. I enjoy tackling and solving problems of any kind. Chemical Engineer Intern
I was tasked with overseeing the installation of the control and automation system of a new de-ionizer and evaporator. This involved writing and reviewing the control procedures for the start-up, shut-down, and the operations of the plant. I was also tasked with some equipment calculations and design. I gained experience in practical equipment design and project management.
Rowing Coach
I was a coach for junior rowers where I was responsible for their safety, management, development and organisation. This predominantly involved explaining and teaching concepts and techniques as well as planning sessions and constructing programmes.

BSc in Engineering in Chemical Engineering - UCT
I have recently graduated with First Class Honours in Chemical Engineering where I consistently achieved the Dean's Merit List for each year of study. This degree included two years of university Maths and Chemistry, as well as subjects concerning Statistics, Physics and coding.
National Senior Certificate - Bishops Diocesan College
I attended Bishops for my high school career where I achieved 8 distinctions for my Matric. I took Science, Biology and History for my chosen subjects and also took AP Maths.

Having studied Maths and Science throughout high school and further on into university where I studied Chemical Engineering I have developed a very strong foundation on many topics in the general Maths and science area. This ranges from basic understanding to more complex topics. I received an A in Matric for both Maths and Science and firsts in university for Engineering Maths as well as Chemistry.

Algebra is essential to understanding and enjoying Maths. I have developed a strong understanding of the topic through extensive use throughout high school, and it was one of the fundamental parts of my University degree in Engineering. Chemical Engineering
I have recently graduated with Frist Class Honours in Chemical Engineering from UCT. This covered all aspects of Chemical Engineering from the fundamentals of Mass and Energy Balances, Thermodynamics, Fluid Mechanics etc. all the way to Process Synthesis, Equipment Design, Unit Operations and extensive project work and design projects. It is a challenging but exiting degree, and with the correct teaching and hard work it can be easy to excel!
