I achieved 92% for Mathematics in matric. I have absolutely loved Mathematics since I started school; hence my choice to study Bcom Actuarial Science. I love finding simple ways to teach difficult concepts, as I often had to teach myself the work due to substandard teachers.

I really loved Maths in school. I worked hard in it and did really well. I am good at explaining it and enjoy finding creative ways to teach this subject. I have tutored Maths to school children before and have seen excellent results. I also did Maths in university so have a deep understanding of it.

Mathematics was my favourite subject in school and I got a destinction for it in matric. I know that Mathematics can be a big challenge for a lot of learners, but I believe that it can be made much more simple.

I attended high school at St. Benedict's College in Johannesburg were I was deputy head boy in 2014. I achieved an 84% average with distinctions in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English and Information Technology. I also participated in advanced program Mathematics and English which set me in good stead for university. I am currently in my second year at Stellenbosch University studying Chemical Engineering. Engineering has advanced on almost every aspect of the above mentioned subjects (besides for English) and I therefore have a very firm grasp on high school concepts and work.

I am a 2nd year Bsc student studying Molecular Biology. In my 1st year of university I studied a Bcom and received cum laude for accounting. I have a passion for helping people succeed.

I am studying to become a chemical Engineer at Stellenbosch University. I enjoy teaching and have a love for numbers and the World of Mathematics. I am a fun, hard-working person. I believe that learning is a great process and should be made fun in order to enhance the learning process.

My name is Tuli Kanime, 27 years of age, and I am a full-time student pursuing a Masters in Geotechnical Engineering at Stellenbosch University in South Africa. I did my undergrad at rhodes University where I obtained a BSc and BSc with Honours in Geology in 2011, and thereafter I went on to work for a diamond mining company for 4 years before quitting to pursue my current programme. I am particularly passionate about helping high school and undergrad students who are experiencing difficulties in chemistry, geography, mathematics and any topics in geology.

I am a 22 year old student studying BComm Mathematical Sciences at Stellenbosch University. I matriculated from St Mary's DSG, Kloof in 2013 with 8 distinctions. I am a kind, considerate and passionate individual. I am always punctual and well-mannered, I am a very patient teacher and hope to obtain a PGCE in the near future to qualify as a High School teacher as I have really found a passion for it teaching our grade 11 extra maths class at Kayamandi High over the past 6 months.

I enjoy reading a variety of books and random articles online. I also love baking and always find myself trying a new a challenging recipe. I recently started sewing and I am enjoying that a lot. I have done quite a range of crafts including origami. I also love playing computer games and coding. Sometimes I go out of my room to be social and that can be quite enjoyable too. Over weekends and holidays I like to go hike and I sometimes dip my finger into photography too. I am currently a second year Mechatronic Engineering student at Stellenbosch University. I believe that you should do something every day to help someone around you.
