Good day My name is Ntsika Mseleni, I am a young vibrant Engineer, Hold my honors degree (BIng Civil engineering Science) from the University of Johannesburg. As an engineer we are required to hold an intensive knowledge of Science (Physics, Chemistry, Geology and Social Sciences) and Mathematics as these are a foundation for solving Engineering and Socio-Economic Problems. Having gone through the learning process myself, I understand the importance of Mathematics and Science but I also understand that these subjects are regarded as some of the most challenging subjects a learner can take, however, I also understand that the foundation of success for the subjects is constant and consistent practice of these subjects which can only be achieved by a learner when they have come to enjoy these subjects a quality preceded by doing well in the subjects themselves as it is human nature to enjoy what we are good at. With the fall in the in-take and marks of these subjects I find it necessary to then come into the space and assist where I can to bring back the fun in these subjects as they are a great part of the future economies. From 2010 to 2012 was a private Tutor to Kamogelo Masekwa and assisting learners in my Community with their school work. Completed my B .com in Financial Management degree in 2018, currently doing my Honours in Financial Management and employed by Medshield medical scheme as Email Support Agent, my future career objectives is to be a Financial Analyst and change my title from Mr to Dr by achieving a PhD.
