I'm passionate about about the development of people, communities and the country at large. I'm currently reading for a Law degree at UNISA. I'm keen on using my personal attributes, skills and academic background to help others achieve their goals. A Bachelor of Arts degree at Unisa is a three-year qualification covers a wide range of courses and enriches one with a wealth of knowledge in preparation for various careers. My major subject was political science. Political science is the systematic study of government, governance and different social phenomena as they relate to power relations in society. In a nutshell, political science focuses on the various relationships between the government and its subjects.

I did a major in Politics for my degree and completed most if the courses with distinction. Politics and government are not only my passion but they are also the same side of the same coin. During my studies I discovered that government and politics touch all aspects of our lives and thus, for anybody to life a meaningful life through understanding society and power relations, a sound understanding of government and politics is essential. I studied politics because of the undying passion that I have for this discipline and I would love to share my insights on this discipline with others.

I became an avid reader at a young age and I later on in my academic life discovered that English is at the core of every subject. The skills I picked up through reading made me love English as a subject and once a fell in love with and mastered English, it was then easier for me to deal with other subjects because all of them are rooted in being able to read, understand and answer any question fluently. It was this that helped me to get impressive marks at High School as well as at University level when I completed a course which required me to do high levels of reading and write numerous academic essays. I would like to take students along the same journey and instil in them the love for English, thereby helping them win at least half of their academic battles.
