I am a MScEng student in Chemical Engineering at UKZN. I have a BEng Honours degree in Chemical Engineering from NUST, Zimbabwe where I graduated as the best graduating female student and best Chemical engineering design in the department. I have 5 years experience in tutoring mathematics and science subjects for grades 4-12. I believe in my abilities to impart my understanding of science subjects. My approach to science issues allows students to develop a love for the subject and great improvement in their marks.

I am a final year education student, I love sports, I have been doing my practical for my final year in two schools in Pretoria, South Africa. I have experience with kids from age 7 to age 13. I have taught social science, life orientation, English and some Afrikaans. I got my 120 hour TEFL Advanced certificate. I am very patient and I love to help students to achieve their goals, I am flexible and I will support the student. My teaching method is based on the type of learner I deal with, I will spend the first session to get to know the learner and to find out how they like to learn. I feel that it is important to have a good relationship with each other, especially for the student to trust me and feel comfortable with me. i want my students to enjoy their lessons and to set goals for themselves to achieve in my lesson.

In 2018 I went to do my honours in Environmental sciences at Nelson Mandela University and graduated in April 2019. At NMU I worked as an environmental science tutor and practical demonstrator for first year student. I am passionate about teaching others and help them understand science easier and better, I helped a lot of students struggling with mathematics and science subjects and, and that's what I am here for.
