I have vast experience in tutoring accounting having tutored all the way from high school to university final year level. Many of my students have rated me as having the ability to decode complex concepts easily and providing a foundation of principle.

Over the past 11 years, I have been an accounting lecturer and tutor across all levels to students of various backgrounds. I have had the privilege of lecturing and tutoring at a hand-full of learning institutions. I have always wanted to add value . As a school-pupil I did not understand accounting, at all! It was only in university that it clicked. When I teach and facilitate classes and tutoring, I think of what it was like when I was on the other side of the classroom, and what I needed to understand at that time in terms of the prescribed text. It is always my goal for students to understand and not just get through the work. And I am very patient.

Accounting was one of my favourite high school subjects. I did Financial Accounting in my first and second year of university as well, so I know I possess the required knowledge and skills for this subject and have very successful memorising and comprehension methods to better understand and successfully pass it.

I achieved 97% for accounting in matric and therefore due to previous summaries and the excellent foundation of key concepts, I could achieve a high percentage for this module at University level as well. I helped many of my fellow students to study. I also achieved 89% for Financial Accounting 188.

I am currently majoring in financial accounting and absolutely adore it. This is my passion. Over the course of my studies I have received the following: 75% in Introductory Financial Accounting, 80% in Financial Accounting Principles. 88% in Basic Accounting. 75% in Selected Accounting Standards and Simple Groups.

I have been studying financial accounting for 3 years, I am currently advancing it, I know all the basic accounting principles by heart and I provide students with simple methods to ensure they maximize their limited time.

I majored in Financial Accounting in University because I have always had an interest and passion in the financial well being and the value chain of any structured organisation and persons. I worked hard to understand the principles of all the different modules and exam technique.

I love accountancy and will ensure that I prepare my theme notes well advance to ensure that I my learner understands and feel more confident about the concept when the lesson is over. I also believe that accountancy is a core life skill that can enrich the learner's life far beyond the classroom. I believe that accouncy should be taught in an environment that are relaxed with some elements of fun so that the learn are relaxed and are then able to take in the concepts
