I have realized that a lot of learners have the misconception that Mathematics is hard so I believe that I can change the mindsets of the learners by teaching them mathematics in the best possible and fun way. I know that no two learners learn the same so it is important to explore the learning style that each learner possess and then teach them in a way that is suited to their learning style. I am very well aware of the different teaching styles and how to put each style in to motion. A great teacher should possess both content knowledge and pedagogical knowledge and I believe that I possess those.
