I completed an Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree with Majors in Physics and Chemistry. I find physics and chemistry to be incredible subjects which evoke deep thought and consideration. These subjects ask questions about the world around us and teaching these challenging concepts brings me joy. It is my hope that I can share some of the wonder and excitement in this subject.

I obtained an average of 83% for physical sciences (physics and chemistry) at the end of matric, and obtained a 90% for chemistry in my preliminary exam. Chemistry is one of my main subjects in university and we have been over most of the high school chemistry, and expanded on it. I’ve achieved a university distinction (78%) for chemistry in first semester so it is safe to say I have a good understanding of it. Chemistry is a subject that is made up of work you need to UNDERSTAND rather than work you can learn off by heart. I can provide you with explanations that will hopefully help you to understand the work, and not just learn how to do specific problems as if you understand the work itself you can apply it to any problem you’re given.

I am currently studying a degree that requires a skill in this subject. I have a great understanding of this subject. My interests also include Chemistry and therefore makes me really passionate about it.
