Journalism and writing tutors in KwaZulu-Natal

I am currently a Masters student with a passion for teaching, while my work experiences have been in communications and public relations, I have always seen myself as a teacher and an autodidact who believes that there is nothing one can't learn if it aligns with one's passion and interest.

I am a Communication Science graduated in 2015, i would like to share my love and knowledge of some modules on the course relating which is New Media Technology, Advertising and public relations.

I am a passionate, energetic person with a high standard of teaching. I have more than 10 years' experience in the field of journalism with the added advantage of a love for the English language. I enjoy editing copy and creating stories. I am also a people's person and can easily relate to adults and children. I love reading as well as exercise.

I am 41 years old with a degree in Communication Science from UNISA. I  am currently studying for an honours in Media and Cultural studies at the university of KwaZulu Natal. I have worked for a community radio from 1998 to 2008, after that i worked for a private company which ended in 2010. I enrolled at the university in 2012 and concurrently freelanced for Sappi as their facilitator of their environmental awareness meetings since 2011. Currently, i am working for a non profit organisation in promoting the prevention of hiv infection in South Africa.

i perceive myself as a young , confident , self motivated , determined , strong willed and independent women i have the ability to work according to deadlines and time frames, working with a team and independently , i set realistic goals and achieve them accordingly.
