Human Resources tutors in KwaZulu-Natal

I am a registered Research Psychologist with HPCSA currently finishing off my PhD. I have moved back to Durban (Glenwood and Morningside area) from Grahamstown and looking to tutor a few students a week. I am a relatively easy going individual who gets on with many people and children. I have taught people of varying ages and ability and have extensive knowledge in different pedagogical approaches (i.e. teaching practices and methods). I am a passionate educator and have been in the profession for over 10years facilitating assessing and moderating for corporate companies, I also have lecturing experience at a college. My drive is to impart knowledge and make my learners competent in their areas of concern.

I am currently working in one of the Magistrates' Courts as Assistant Director. I have been working in different courts since 1982. I hold a Diploma in State Finance and Auditing from the University of Zululand, a BAdmin degree from UNISA and an LLB also from UNISA. I also passed accreditation exams for CCMA Commissioners. I I am a FIFA accredited Football Agent. I have attended a course in Court Management which was conducted by the National Centre for State Courts, USA.

I enjoy sharing knowledge with others and helping others understand the power and importance of education.One person can't change the world, but he can certainly make a difference.

I am a very humble, passionate and hardworking , able to work with different people or group.

I have qualification Diploma in Human Resources Management and administration, currently studying towards my BCom Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology final year.  I am also a registered member of IPM- Intitute of People Management as Senior Associate, also a member of SACDA - South African Career Development Association. I'm currently employed by Department of Home Affairs as Assistant Manager Administration in Provincial Provincial Manager's Office. I'm  passionate about human resource and people development as well as the field of employee wellness and have a strong drive to advance career in these areas plus leadership management. I love books and reading during my spare time

Currently i have submitted my corrections for my thesis in Master of Commerce degree in Human Resources management , my topic is about " The assessment of the implementation of Talent Management in the University of KwaZulu-Natal " I have more that 6 years of Experience in Human resources field which qualifies me to impart knowledge and skills to young academics.

I have a Bachelor or Arts in Government, Administration and Dwvelopment, a National Diploma in Human Resources Management obtain at Mfolozi College, and 120 hrs TEFL Certification obtained at the TEFLLife Institute based in Bloemfontain. I am currently working as an Officer in Performance Management System and Integrated Development Planning at the Local Government. My previous working experience involves Corporate Service duties comprises of human resources and administrative support. I have relevant teaching skills, interpersonal skills and goof communication skills. My Bachelor's Degree is at NQF level 7.
