Such an amazing subject to learn and be taught. I love teaching this language because there are so many expressions for different moods, its an incredible language. I have a passion which makes me dedicated, reliable and make learning fun.

I am the best tutor for this subject because I studies Afrikaans as a second language therefore I am familiar with the difficulties students encounter and how to tackle them, especially non Afrikaans speaking students.

Afrikaans can be a bit of an overwhelming subject at first - although I have had a lot of success with it with my students. I have used a lot of interesting and fun techniques that I have worked with over time with multiple students to make the key aspects of Afrikaans simpler and easier to retain. I have also found that going back to basics and strengthening the foundations of the key concepts helps.

I am an Afrikaans speaker and I teach Afrikaans to Grade 3. I would also be able to teach you simple Afrikaans words as well as well as how to form a sentence. We could look at language teaching such as past tense, punctuation, syllables, plurals etc

I achieved an 87% pass on my final Afrikaans exam in matric. I also speak Afrikaans as a second home language. I have three years tutoring experience in this subject, teaching students aged 12 to 17.
