I obtained the top achiever award in accounting for grade 9 - grade 12. I am also a Bcom graduate with twelve years working experience which includes three years as a SAIPA trainee accountant at an accredited SAIPA trainee centre.

I have a logical-based mindset which has allowed me to develop a good understanding of accounting principles and how they work. Through this, I excelled in high school accounting but was also able to help my fellow learners. I was able to figure out different methods of comprehending principles and used this to help explain these principles to those requiring help.

I believe that I am suitable to tutor accounting at a high school level because I really have the ability to quickly explain accounting concepts to students in a short amount of time. I took accounting for 5 years in high school and was able to achieve outstanding results at the end of each year, I was also helping out any other students in my year with any assistance that they needed. I am also currently studying Bcom Accounting Science at the University of Pretoria.

I was very lucky to understand most of the concepts involved with accounting at school and achieved a distinction for the subject. I recently completed a financial management course at university level. This knowledge I have gained from my degree will definitely assist students in the High school/Primary school set up. I can share valuable experience with them that cannot be taught at school or anywhere else.
