I have extensive experience in Excel and have tutored for almost two years now. I have passion and drive for this module and use modern methods which differ from the traditional teaching methods. I hold a Bcom Accounting with distinctions in my final year, I also am an Accountant in practice.

I learned to use Microsoft programs during my studies and have used them every day since. I believe it is a skill often overlooked in the classroom. My patience, communication skills and practical approach to problem-solving make me an easily understood teacher. My program's proficiency includes Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint).

I have mastered the use of advanced excel as a Data Analyst for a retail company. Through this constant use, I have learnt shortcuts, typical errors and how to troubleshoot your own formulas. The above will come in handy when students begin their learning in MS Excel.

I am a scientist (Hydrogeologist) and I work with math, chemistry science and computer science almost on a daily. My love and passion for those field has driven me to pursue my current career path and further my post- graduate studies. I have always been a passionate individual when it comes to math and science, from a young age. Explaining math, science and computer science in a simplified manner and seeing people grasping content that they would consider as difficult of trick brings joy and a sense of accomplishment. I work a lot with Microsoft excel, word, outlook and power point. I often assist my colleagues with various excel tasks ranging from calculations, formulas, automating spreadsheets and presenting data; and i do the above when condensing field data into information presented to clients. No task is too small! I gain huge joy when teaching my child in primary school computer science.

I find Microsoft excel to be the interesting to teach among Microsoft access, PowerPoint and Word for me and I find it easy to teach and I have experience tutoring end user programming which included teaching Microsoft excel, access, word and PowerPoint.

I have achieved up until advanced level on Excell. Excell can be seen as confusing and complicated, but it is actually an understandable program which can make your work quicker and more efficient if used properly.

In my line of work, I've had to use Excel in many ways that require learning advanced skills in the program. Being able to use Excel properly makes my job and tasks easier. I have also taught others and it was of great benefit to them.

I have vast experience in Microsoft Excel ranging from the basics, connecting to a variety of database engines, Data analysis using pivot tables, Charts etc. I also use excel in most of my own University assignments.

I spend every single day working on Microsoft Excel utilising all it's functions. It is such a wonderful program to use when you understand all it has to offer and I'd love to teach you how to use it.
