I have experience working with students who used English as a second language. I believe this experience helped me better understand the finer nuances of grammar, spelling and vocabulary. My belief is that with confidence and patience, every student is capable of improving. My current work as a research supervisor has helped hone my copy-editing skills which I believe I can apply in any situation dealing with the written word.

I spend a lot of my childhood reading and writing in English, even though it was not my home language, and in school I thoroughly enjoyed the subject of Grammar and always excelled in it. I would not only want you to learn it but understand it so that it can open the necessary doors for you in the future.

English grammar can sometimes baffle and confuse people. It is a skill that unfortunately takes time and practice to master. Luckily there are a variety of assistance platforms you can use to aid you in your grammar. These platforms however, can only help you to a certain degree. Learning first hand from a tutor or teacher will help improve your grammar faster and more efficiently.

I have completed both an editing course and a course in English grammar. I am very familiar with English grammar rules, practices and principles and can help maneuver the difficulties of this language.

I have more than 7 years experience teaching English. I have taught students from many countries such as Japan, Philippines, China, United States and recently Russia and the rest of Europe. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Education Specializing in Language.

I have a Masters in Computer Science. My English is excellent right from vocabulary to grammar, to literature. I can, actually, teach a non-English speaking person from basic to advance English writing, reading and speaking.

For the average speaker of the language and everyday speech, grammar may come easy and without one noticing. But for the learner who struggles to see these patterns, I wish to impart methods of learning that simplify the learning process allowing for effective learning to take place in a safe and encouraging learning environment. Grammar can be seen to be a set of rules to follow but there are no specific rules to how the rules can be taught and that is where my speciality lies.

I have experience teaching younger children, and after finishing my Level 5 TEFL course I believe I am qualified to tutor students with English. I enjoy the English language and I also Enjoy teaching the English Language.

I have teaching experience in English including teaching English grade 10 at the University of Johannesburg . I have tutored for over years English an all levels and my students have had a high pass rate.
