I am fluent, coming from a German background and have had a lot of experience tutoring high school German. I am passionate about the language and will thus encourage my students to engage in the language.

I have completed a DSD 2 (Level 2) (Deutsches Sprachdiplom Stufe 2). At the time of completing high school this was the highest level of German obtainable. At university I have German up to second year. My level of German, at second year is equivalent to the B2/C1 certified level.

I am a goal-orientated, innovative and driven BA Law graduate from the University of Pretoria. I am currently working as an assistant teacher and studying part-time through UNISA. I have been a private tutor for several years with different educational levels. My previous work experience and good references are a testimony of how diligently I fulfill my responsibilities. German is not my mother toungue or a first language for me, so I know the difficulty of learn a new language without having had a exposure or background knowledge. Which I believe will make me relatable to the student and I will be able to tutor at their place
