I am a highly qualified and experienced English Teacher with years of experience teaching a variety of ages groups in a variety of contexts. I am a dedicated teacher who has a commitment to lifelong learning. My teaching philosophy is summed up by the Maori word for learning ako, which views knowledge as a collective process: as you teach you learn, as you learn you teach. I have taught and lectured at various schools and colleges in South Korea, Oman, and South Africa. I completed a BA, an Honours in English, and an MA at Rhodes University. I also attained a Postgraduate Diploma in Tertiary Education from the University of South Africa and a PGCE from the University of the Witwatersrand. I have a TEFL certificate from the Bay Language Institute, a certificate in the Strategic Implementation of ICT Integration in Education from the University of the Witwatersrand, and completed my amanuensis training at the South African Comprehensive Assessment Institute.

Born in a Christian family, I did primary and high school education including Advanced Level, My first job was a temporary High School Teacher in Mathematics, Biology, General Science, Physics before joining a rail company as an apprentice Fitter Machinist, later qualifying as a Fitter, kept studying Mechanical Engineering Technician and Diploma level, then further working as a Mechanical Draughtsman before winning a scholarship to study B.Engineering(Hons) in Industrial Engineering. I then worked in various portfolios as an Junior and Senior Mechanical Engineer as well as Projects Engineer in both rail and Mining Industry. I even lectured students at Cape Peninsula University of Technology in various Mechanical Engineering subjects for two years. I left to join an SA rail company hub in Zimbabwe which opened my horizons further regarding seeing the 'Big Picture' in Strategic Management, Business Acumen and general leadership and management knowledge, skills and attributes. The company decided to scale down operations in Zim hence I was eventually retrenched. I am an avid reader and I follow life events from political, social and economic perspective just to gain a full understanding of where our world came from, where we are and what future prospects may come in the future. I am very passionate about education and learning to the extent that I used to help students in whatever community I were to help them understand Mathematics, Science and Business Studies. I even paid fees for some poor students during my year as a Temporary High School Teacher. Since 2011 I have been involved as a Management Development Facilitator for mainly African government and parastatal employees as par of countries Capacity Building needed to champion the development in their respective countries as encouraged by United Nations, World Bank, International Monetary Fund, NGOs, African union as well as European Union apart from different efforts of individual countries of the world in fighting poverty, hunger, illiteracy, Women and Child Abuse, Curable diseases etc apart from contributing to social, political and economic development in Developing Countries. I love sport especially Soccer, Basketball, Cricket , Rugby and Tennis. I am a member of Centurion Toastmasters Club which is part of Toastmasters International which is the world's largest organization championing Communication and Leadership Development in a very friendly learning environment. I am quite a spiritual person and Christian by faith. I am a none-smoker, not into drinking beer but can take wine when relaxing. I like teaching Mathematics, Physics, Biology and Business Studies

Did well in Business in high school, also got a distinction in my business subject One Research Project (ORT). I also tutored Business studies to a student just passing business studies who got above 70% in grade 12

I completed my 2nd year in Business Management in University successfully. I believe that I can teach both Primary and High School levels the basics of Business Studies as I completed the subject successfully.

I had a level 7 in business studies and personally know how a student can also achieve a distinction with my help. I was the dux learner for this subjects and i will share the strategies that i learnt and used

I'm the best with the subject and I make sure that my students pass the subject . I do exam preparations as well as practical exam questions and answers. I make sure that my students pass and understand the subject without necessarily craming.I'm always available for any questions my students may have.

I understand Business Studies and the small tricks that can get a person from a 50% to a distinction. I work well with people and I am very understanding. I've done Business Studies in high school and is apart of my curriculum for my Bcom Economics Degree.

I achieved 82% average for business studies in my matric year. I am passionate about this subject. It's very relevant in today's society. I am able to break down big concepts into concepts that are easy to understand.

As I have been working for 7 years as a professional, I have extensive knowledge in writing business cases, scenario analyses as well as strategic plans. I passed by BCom and Honors Degree cum laude.

This was one of my favorite subjects. I know that most learners struggle with essay questions that counts 100 marks in an examination. I have strategies that can help a learner memorize and summarize the question that will be easy to study.
