I am a First Additional Language tutor for Afrikaans. I believe that learning a language is most effective when hearing and speaking it, therefore, I try to conduct most of my Afrikaans lessons in Afrikaans. I enjoy helping students and watching their knowledge of the language grow! I assist all grades up to grade 12.

I have the skills to adapt with children as well as an older crowd. My goal is to empower your child and to give theme the best headstrong and assistance. I have an adaptive personality and can also identified problem behaviour and come up with a solution. Your child's progress is our goal so let's get started Good day. I am a young and vibrant individual who has both the academic and social skills to be a friend and mentor to the children. My psychology background gives me an edge as I am able to be a good listener and also am able to spot problem behaviour in a child. My goal is to add value to your child's life and to ensure that they get the best for your money.

Through my experience as a teacher and tutor, I understand the learning, reading and language barriers students generally experience. I have helped several schools and adult students to overcome most of their learning challenges. As a patient and knowledgeable tutor, I have empathy and recognition of learning barriers that can be overcome through consistent, varied and focused tutoring methods. The main aim as your tutor is to break learning barriers progressively. Where there are no learning challenges, my role as your tutor is to improve present academic achievements and to continuously stimulate your knowledge and skills.
