I am an avid science enthusiast with a passion for educating and inspiring students to take on the challenge that is STEM.

I am currently doing my Masters in Chemical Engineering at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology. I am a second year Bachelor of Science student at University of Cape Town.

I am a friendly and hardworking student. I went to Westerford High School and was in the top 20 in my grade with an average of 86% in my final examinations. My matric subjects were Maths, AP maths, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, French, English and Afrikaans. My top sujbects were Maths (91%), Afrikaans (90%) and Life Sciences (89%). I am currently doing a BSc in Genetics and Human Anatomy at UCT and my electives are Maths, Physics, Biology, Chemistry and Statistics.

I have a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Cape Town and have many years of experience in tutoring and mentoring students with their studies.

I have completed two varsity level chemistry courses, and received a distinction in chemistry in matric. I have additional resources to aid in learning. I believe in making notes and drawing diagrams to further understanding, and create a step-by-step method of solving simple to complex problems that students will encounter in exams.

I am 23 year old graduate of the University of Cape Town, holding an Honours degree (distinction) in Molecular Biology. I have had much experience tutoring throughout my university career and I have tutored a multitude of students with their studies. I am passionate about academia - and I enjoy nothing more than helping my students to achieve their full potential.

Throughout high school I was staying in Gauteng, but moved to Cape Town (Stellenbosch) after my gap year to go study Mechanical Engineering (BEng). I completed my studies and have been working for the past for the last two years. First as an engineer as at a sheet metal manufacturing plant, and then as a design engineer for a renewable energy company. As of now I have been aiming to restructure my career, potentially granting me much more freedom with my time. To assist me with this intermediate stage in my life I have started tutoring.
