Hi there, my name is Annemie and I am from Cape Town in South Africa. I have a bachelor's degree in Interior design from Inscape Education Group and a TEFL masters from Global TEFL UK. I completed my degree in 2017 with a distinction at Inscape in Cape Town, South Africa. I worked at UK based company for two years as a interior designer and art director and started my own company a year ago. I am a very sporty person that loves a wide range of physical activities, including surfing, running, swimming and mountain climbing. I love being out in nature and therefore, I really love traveling to new places to capture special moments through photography. I recently got home from an amazing time in Thailand where I taught English as a homeroom teacher at a school, and then in my free time, I was able to explore as well. I am continually growing to become the best possible version of myself. I have graduated with a bachelor's degree in biotechnology. I am a TEFL masters certified teacher. I am also qualified in advanced 3D Visualization and Animation. I have also completed an advance nutrition course. I have more than 6 years of teaching experience where I have taught English both online and at a school in a classroom. I have taught online for companies such as SayABC and Abc360, where I taught a wide range of students, very young up to adults, ranging from low levels to more advanced levels. I taught at a school in Thailand where I was a homeroom teacher for grade 3 students. I taught these grade 3 student 6 subjects (Math, Language, Phonics, Health Education, Social Studies and Science.) Hi all I am a student currently in my last year of studies to become a teacher in the intermediate phase (Grade 4-7). I currently am studying all the subjects that are taught to the students. I love to play my musical instruments and to sing, however, my passion is to teach and try and help people to the best of their abilities. I want to help teach children as I believe that they are the future of our nation and any change comes from them. I want them to become the best person they can be and help them build faith within themselves.
