Hi all I am a student currently in my last year of studies to become a teacher in the intermediate phase (Grade 4-7). I currently am studying all the subjects that are taught to the students. I love to play my musical instruments and to sing, however, my passion is to teach and try and help people to the best of their abilities. I want to help teach children as I believe that they are the future of our nation and any change comes from them. I want them to become the best person they can be and help them build faith within themselves. By ensuring that they do well in school will ensure that they build confidence in their abilities emotionally and mentally.

Bachelor of Education Intermediate Phase - IIE Varsity College Rondebosch
I am studying at the IIE Varsity College in Rondebosch. I am studying the Intermediate Phase level (Grade 4-7) and I am able to teach all the subjects that the learners take in the primary schools. Throughout the 4 years that I have been studying, we have gone through Practical examinations each year of teaching, therefore I have knowledge in the field of teaching theoretically and practically.

Having had a “fear of maths”, I have found various ways in teaching mathematics (games, story telling etc.) to make the subject not only fun but interesting in ways that will ensure learners will understand the work. I have the patients to explain the work in ways that will ensure the learner understands (everyone has different learning skills).

I did music as a subject throughout high school and hold a level 7. My hobby is to play piano, thus I am able to help the child. As a kid my mother through me into the music industry and it has been a passion of mine.
