I finished Matric at Westerford High School in 2015 and received at 92% average for my final NSC Exams - my subjects were English, Afrikaans, Maths, Physics, Biology and Geography. I then went on to study for three years at UCT doing a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Genetics and Computer Science. My final year at UCT was in 2019, where I did a BSc Honours degree in Molecular and Cell Biology. I am hopefully going to start a Masters in 2021, likely in the field of Bioinformatics. Apart from my academics, I am currently completing a TEFL course (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) as well as coaching gymnastics, tutoring and au pairing to save money. I am also a gymnast and have been training since I was little, and I love exercising and baking in my spare time.

Obtained my Honours degree and graduated with 80%, coming fourth overall in my class of 23 students. My Honours project focused on the creation of a diagnostic test to identify African horse sickness using plant-based proteins.

Did a Bachelor of Science degree and graduated with a final GPA of 82%. I was also on the Dean's List every year.

I also won the Geography prize at my school every year from 2012 to 2015 for being the best Geography student in my grade.
