I have a great passion for science and education. I have a bachelor degree in science and teaching experience. I have created a fair amount of educational content that I share with my students. My science lessons are fun, interactive and effective!

There is usually an imbalance in learning the theory and applying it in calculations. Often students may favour chemistry over physics or vice versa. I focus on showing how the theory and formulae are intertwined, always reinforcing the two throughout my lessons. "A picture is worth a thousand words". I enjoy drawing diagrams, using animations or creating quirky rhymes/acronyms - helpful tools for improved study methods. Consistent practice is crucial! I fortify clear examples which my learners can recollect from memory, to rely on and apply during assessments.

Science is my favourite subject. I have excelled in it at school and high school and also persue a scientific career. I have a very intrinsic understanding of science and all the concepts surrounding it. I have tutored a matric student in physical science and that person did very well at the subject. My great understanding of maths together with a keen knowledge of science makes me the perfect choice for this subject

I have completed physical science at a high school level. With physical sciences, you need two fold strategy, one is bein assisted in understanding the concepts/definitions. Then the second phase is applying and continuisly practicing calculations. I can assist in rigorously practicing the concepts and applying them as much as possible to ensure that the learners can apply the concepts in a variety of contexts.

I've got a year's experience in high school Physical Science tutoring, and all of my students have seen improvements in their understanding and marks. I did very well in Physical Science throughout high school, and am excited to show you all the tricks I've picked up along the way! I'm very patient, and happy to explain things many times and work at whatever pace suits you.

Physical science was a subject that I achieved more than 80% for as my final matric mark. At a university level, I pursued a degree in science (BSc) which required me to excel in chemistry and physics.

I was fortunate enough to have one of the best Physical Science teachers ever! It was my favorite subject in high school and I matriculated with the highest class average which was above 90%. I became a chemical engineer instead of a doctor because I liked it so much. As a chemical engineer I can really help high school students with core concepts in both physics and chemistry. I also tutor 1st year Chemistry at Stellenbosch and can give you an idea of what to expect.

I have taken Physics as a subject at University. I have a lot of experience tutoring Physics. I enjoy Physics and helping other people understand Physics by making it interesting and relevant. I have also taken Applied Mathematics at University.

I have an aptitude for scientific subjects and am very good with numbers, therefore I can be an excellent science tutor. I am also very passionate about this subject and quick to learn new work that I might not know yet.
