I have two years under my belt, and with a special focus on child psychology, I feel that this background allows me to better understand children and the importance of creating a nurturing and positive learning environment. I was a consistent top achiever throughout school and have always had an inclination towards teaching. I am a patient, confident and self-motivated person who gladly accepts challenges.

I am a 3rd year Aeronautical Engineering student who would like to inspire youths to join STEM related fields by teaching them how interesting and exciting Maths and Science can be and increase their awareness of careers in these fields. I'm Orsborne, a holder of a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Psychology and specialize in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology and Sport Psychology. I'm dedicated in understanding human behavior in all angles be in at workplace, in the society and in sport as well with the ambition of pursuing a Doctorate in Industrial Psychology. My desire is on understanding mental processes and behavior so that i get to know how to deal with individuals or group of people with a goal bringing solidarity and making a world a better place. My desire for wanting to pursue psychology in higher education not only stems from a personal perspective but also from hearing and reading about people not receiving adequate treatment for various psychological illnesses such as depression, eating disorders and substance abuse also dealing the psychological and behavioral issues in workplaces, sport and in dealing with crime. In the same way research into attachment has helped to improve childcare practices I would like to use my degree in psychology to improve the treatment of mentally ill patients, especially in third world countries where mental health care is restrained by resource constraints.
