I am a 20 year old who lives in Claremont and I am currently in my 2nd year at UCT. I am studying a B.Com chartered account stream degree and am passionate about what I do. I am a gentle and patient person and I would love to be able to help others receive their greatest potential.

My passion is helping learners to get from where they are, academically, to where they need to be - and further! My experience includes private tutoring for Gr 1 - 12 in English and Afrikaans (HL and FAL). I am the mother of three grown sons, have my own transport and enjoy interacting with families in order to get to know the learner better - which in turn makes the tutoring process easier and happier for both myself and the learner. I make use of various styles of teaching - depending on the learner's needs. Exam prep is a time of fun exercises in the form of quizzes, multiple choice questions and verbal answering.

I'm a happy-go-lucky guy, grew up mostly in Rustenburg but my family now resides in Limpopo. I currently attend the Wits University and I am doing my second year in Medicine. I'm a very sociable and open person and communication is comes quite naturally for me. I enjoy jogging and working out generally, taking leisure walks, listening to music (I'm open to all genres) and getting to know people and their backgrounds. My parents played a role in the profession I'm pursuing (My father being a doctor and my mother a nurse) but the deciding factor hinged on the fact that i genuinely believe I thoroughly enjoy being in a position to help people and medicine is a perfect outlet for me to do this in a practical way.

I believe this is due to the fact that I am left brain dominant, very analytical and have a natural talent for helping people understand concepts that are confusing to them.
