I am a Creative Writing Student on the way to become an author. I love fantasy, so i love English. I am very proficient at it and easy to communicate with. I am young and friendly.I love reading fantasy and writing. I paint and draw as well.

Since I can remember music has been my passion! After completing my BMus Honours at NMMU, I went to Stellenbosch to study choral conducting. I then completed my Post Graduate Certificate of Education in English, social sciences and arts and culture.   My corporate experience at Real Meal Revolution as a community manager (blog writing, content writing, social media marketing and analysis),administrator and head of education for our online courses and products. My work  as an online educator included marking assignments, graduating students, and preparing them for sales training.  I also worked for an NPO, Carpe Diem. My main focus was to generate leads and collect donations.     I am dynamic, creative and enthusiastic I am unassuming, easy to approach and easy to  get along with. I  am a strong communicator, able to express myself fully in both English and Afrikaans.

I graduated from the University of Johannesburg with my education degree in 2014. The majors that I took were English and Visual Art which means that I am able to research and analyse. I believe that tutoring is about being “people smart” as well as “taking the box and making a telescope out of it. I always come prepared and I love to help out where I can. I take criticism as a tool to do better and learn something new. I am resourceful and I try to make the most of what I have to get the job done. I believe my major Art and Design has taught me to be resourceful. I may not have a lot of years and experience in teaching, but I believe I have the drive and passion for teaching. I have always had an interest in writing. I used to be someone who wrote poetry for fun. Now I have started my own blog in November this year. I have been a private tutor and aupair since 2011, I also have experience as a homeschool teacher and successfully helped students graduate matric. I enjoy working with kids and finding a way to connect with them and teach them in a way that they relate to. I have experience both as a tutor for grade one to twelve. I am also able to assist in all subjects, and also extra curricular activities such as drama, poetry and speech competitions.

I am a masters student at the University of Johannesburg studying LLM Banking Law. I am looking looking forward to starting my doctoral studies. I want to be an academic. I love working with students and I want to see them prosper, in line with that, I make monthly contributions to Save the Children, an organisation that helps children with no one to care for them.
