I have always been in involved in teaching and developing skills in one form or another whether it was when volunteering to work with pre-school children in Minnesota, USA or as a senior English HL language facilitator in Johannesburg. Having been an English Home Language teacher for 10 years at senior high school level, I have become passionate about skill building.
