He has vast experience in human capital management, financial reporting, financial management, management accounting, business processes re-engineering, company secretarial practices, designing internal controls, strategic planning and strategy implementation. He also boasts of good working knowledge of South African company and tax laws. Godfrey worked with donor partners from United Kingdom, Germany and the Netherlands in implementing relief and development projects in Zimbabwe, Malawi Swaziland and Kenya. He also chaired various workplace committees. In 1999 he partnered with systems experts from PWC to implement Baan IV Finance and Logistics after having gone through initial training in the United Kingdom. He was a part-time lecturer and tutor with Trust Academy, Rapid Results College, ICC and CACC for more that fifteen years.
