Andile is curious by nature. It is this curiosity that led him down the path of science. Andile is an optimistic and analytical person by nature. He always has the broader perspective idea in mind without neglecting the small pieces that completes the puzzle. Solving problems by analysing all its angles and possible outcomes is one of his greatest strengths. His agility persona keeps him on his toes most of the time, taking lead in current projects and initiating new ones whilst adapting very well with different team members and stakeholders. He is forever seeking new solutions across board; performing gap analysis to improve on both personal and work traits
