Statistics tutors in Rondebosch

I have more years of experience teaching mathematics and statistics both at high school level and university level. During my undergrad i taught high schools students mathematics and statistics during vacations. During my masters, i have been tutoring this subject for two years at Mathematics department and Psychology department .

I am a second year Bachelor of Science student at University of Cape Town.

I achieved A+ in my a levels, 84 (first class) during my first year and 67 during my second year at university level. I am able to grasp concepts easily and quickly and is able to convey information to the point. I used to ask a lot of silly questions but I learnt that there is never a silly question nor answer. I am friendly and is able to make the student comfortable with numbers by explaining them the logic and reasoning behind.

I took Statistics as my chosen Advanced Maths module and thoroughly enjoyed it. My passion for Maths allows me to help others understand and solve mathematical problems. I will be able to explain the concepts and help with the understanding of higher level thinking questions.

I am currently in my second year of university with statistics being my core subject. In both high school and university I have achieved great marks for the subject and am fully capable of explaining concepts, breaking down formulas and explaining ways to go about breaking down problems in order to implement a formula. At first statistics was an uphill battle for me but now it is one of my favorite subjects as a result it is a responsibility for me to help students achieve excellent marks and make statistics one of their favorite subjects.
